B Cap is an innovative beverage packaging concept that combines powder storage and a drinking-water bottle cap into one convenient format.
The powder is pre-filled and sealed inside the cap, allowing consumers to carry it conveniently wherever they go. When they want to enjoy a functional or flavored beverage outdoors, they simply place the B Cap on a bottle of water, twist it open, and release the powder into the water. After mixing, the beverage is ready to enjoy.
B Cap also creates opportunities for consumers to mix and match different powder formulas according to their personal preferences, making it suitable for functional beverages, nutrition, flavor enhancement, and personalized beverage applications.

Automatic Cap Sorting & Feeding
B Caps are automatically sorted and fed into the production system.
Cap Feeding & Precision Positioning
The caps are accurately transferred and positioned for the subsequent filling process.
Powder Filling
The required powder is accurately dosed and filled into the powder chamber.
Automatic Inner Plug Sorting
The inner plugs are automatically organized and supplied to the assembly station.
Automatic Pick-and-Place & Positioning
The inner plugs are automatically picked, positioned, and placed with high precision.
Inner Plug & Cap Assembly
The inner plug is accurately assembled with the filled cap to ensure reliable component positioning.
Film Placement & Heat Sealing
The sealing film is automatically placed and heat-sealed to create a secure barrier for the powder.
Automatic Finished Product Discharge
After all processes are completed, qualified B Caps are automatically discharged from the machine.
The complete machine can achieve a production capacity of up to 5,000 B Caps per hour, making it a suitable solution for medium-capacity B Cap production.
To provide additional product quality control, the system can also be equipped with optional functions such as:
• UV sterilization
• Empty cap cleaning
• Online weighing
