It is suitable for pet food, meat paste, minced meat, chunks in gravy, jelly products and other viscous or semi-liquid pet food. The machine integrates automatic tray feeding, servo filling, vacuum and gas flushing (optional), heat sealing, lid inspection and automatic discharge into one compact production line with high filling accurate.

•The extended cup storage compartment allows for one-time cup filling and can operate for at least 20 minutes.
•The cup guiding device enables easy addition of cups by hand, with a user-friendly operation.

Cup Detection and Cleaning
•Detect whether there is a cup or not through photoelectricity. No cup means no filling.
•The ion wind sweeps the empty cup, effectively preventing static electricity from adhering, and at the same time, it uses vacuum to remove dust and other foreign substances.
