Automatic Viscous Product Cup Filling & Sealing Machine
SUNYI’s Automatic Viscous Product Cup Filling & Sealing Machine is designed for accurately filling and sealing a wide range of high-viscosity and semi-viscous products into preformed cups. The system can be configured according to product viscosity, filling volume, cup size, production speed and packaging requirements, providing reliable and consistent portion control for different food applications.
The machine is suitable for yogurt, butter, peanut butter, chocolate spread, hazelnut butter, honey, mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces, cream, hummus and fruit puree, as well as other viscous and semi-viscous food products. Depending on the product characteristics, SUNYI can integrate suitable filling technologies such as servo-driven piston filling, volumetric filling and customized dosing systems to achieve accurate and stable filling performance.
For products with different viscosities or flow characteristics, the filling system can be customized to reduce dripping, splashing and product residue during filling. For products containing small particles or fruit pieces, the filling system can also be adapted to maintain product integrity while achieving consistent filling accuracy.
After filling, the cups are automatically positioned and sealed with compatible lidding materials. The complete process can integrate cup feeding, product filling, foil lid placement, heat sealing, sealing inspection and finished-cup discharge, creating an efficient automatic packaging solution from empty cups to finished products.

Vertical Cup Holder and cup loading system
•The extended cup storage compartment allows for one-time cup filling and can operate for at least 20 minutes.
•The cup guiding device enables easy addition of cups by hand, with a user-friendly operation.
•The vacuum suction cup assists in the cup dropping process, making it more stable and accurate.
Cup Detection and Cleaning
•Detect whether there is a cup or not through photoelectricity. No cup means no filling.
•The ion wind sweeps the empty cup, effectively preventing static electricity from adhering, and at the same time, it uses vacuum to remove dust and other foreign substances.
•Strong ultraviolet irradiation further enhances the cleanliness level.
