Six-Lane Packaging For Viscous Foods: SKP-6 portions and seals yogurt, butter, peanut butter, chocolate spread, hummus, honey, mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces, cream and fruit puree in preformed cups. Its six-lane design supports continuous single-serve packaging for high-viscosity and semi-viscous foods, reducing manual portioning and supporting consistent retail, dessert and food-service packs.
240-270 Cups/Min With 1-350g Filling Range: The parameter table specifies 240-270 cups/min and a 1-350g filling weight range. This gives producers a clear basis for high-volume portion cups across spreads, dairy, sauces and dips. The metering pump or servo auger system supports controlled dosing, with listed filling accuracy of ±1%-5%.
Independent Ceramic Rotary Valve Pump: The filling system uses a ceramic rotary valve pump with cutting-off to manage viscous products and reduce dripping or residue. Servo dosing, multi-head synchronous control and pressure-equalized distribution support consistent filling across lanes, including products containing small pieces.
Integrated Film Sealing And Inspection: The machine supports pre-cut lids or roll film and combines cursor recognition, servo film control, precision cutting and heat sealing. Adjustable time, pressure and temperature, thermocouple control and a second sealing station help create flat, tight seals, while date coding and visual inspection organize finished-cup quality control.

After receiving the client's deposit, capsule samples, and film materials, we will complete the machine production within 50 working days.
