Nitrogen MAP Packaging with Residual Oxygen <1% - The integrated food-grade nitrogen flushing system displaces air inside the outer pouch and controls residual oxygen to below 1%, helping protect coffee and tea aroma from oxidation. The system is designed to support freshness protection and a shelf life of up to 12 months for properly packaged products.
Dual Sealing for Reliable Hermetic Packaging - The inner non-woven filter bag uses ultrasonic sealing without glue for a neat sealed edge and reduced powder leakage, while the composite aluminum foil outer pouch uses constant-temperature heat sealing for a strong barrier package.
