*We are a manufacturer with our own factory and 12 years of experience. Feel free to visit our factory at any time.
2. How to guarantee the quality?
SunYi Machinery is a factory based company that provides visual and audio factory inspection services.
*We have a strict set of QC standards from machine processing parts to electric pneumatic parts, from machine assembly to electric pneumatic adjustment, from packaging to shipping.
*After the machine is ready, we will send each customer their machine photos and machine testing videos.
After customer confirmation, we can arrange delivery.
*After receiving the machine, if necessary, we can send technical personnel to the customer's factory as agreed for machine installation.
*During the 12 month warranty period, any damaged parts will be delivered to the customer free of charge via express delivery.
After the warranty period ends, damaged parts will only be discharged at the lowest cost price.
