Cup Conveying and Case Packing Station
•After counting, the cups are conveyed and accumulated in a unified flow toward the case packing station.
•A pneumatically controlled gate system ensures precise release of cups into the carton, enabling smooth and controlled loading.
•The carton is equipped with a bottom vibration mechanism, allowing simultaneous loading and vibration. This ensures the capsules are evenly distributed and properly leveled inside the carton, maximizing packing efficiency and space utilization.
Weighing-Check and Carton Sealing Section
•After case packing, the filled cartons are conveyed to an in-line checkweigher for automatic weight inspection.
•Cartons that do not meet the preset weight criteria are automatically rejected, ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with packaging standards.
•Qualified cartons continue via a roller conveyor system to the carton sealing station, where final sealing is completed.
